We are welcoming Susie Holzshuh for 8-Friday yoga classes leading us up to May! With two sessions in the afternoon, participants can choose one or both.
All levels Mat Yoga will incorporate Hatha and Kripalu Yoga traditions. Breathing, asanas, and resting. No head stands or hand stands. The focus will be strength flexibility balance and relaxation.
Participants are encouraged to bring a strap, two blocks, towel. Everyone must have their own mat. Loose fitting clothes, socks for resting pose, water, and a journal for notes recommended.
