Join us for a special maker space! Art Instructor Susan Stevens will instruct on how to make a collage through painting and texture for this two part class.

Class #1: We paint, using different materials and techniques. We splatter paint, use squeegees, blow through straws, use scrapers, all to create designs that we will cut up at the next class. Class #2: We cut our paintings apart, creating swatches to assemble into collages.  We place and glue the swatches in place much like designing a patchwork quilt. Then we have a finished collage.
