Volunteering

Our Mission: Supporting quality library service in the community through fundraising, volunteerism, and advocacy.

At the heart of every great library is a community that believes in it. The Friends of the New Buffalo Township Library is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening our library and community.

Through memberships, donations, volunteer efforts, and special events, the Friends help fund programs for children and families, expand resources for lifelong learners, and support events that bring people together. Every contribution helps create opportunities for connection, curiosity, and learning.

Whether you have time to volunteer, ideas to share, or would simply like to support the library’s future, there is a place for you in the Friends organization. Donations of any size are always appreciated and help ensure the library continues to thrive for generations to come.
